I am writing to say how happy I am with my outdoor blinds which were installed yesterday, they look absolutely fantastic! Not only do they look good, but the service that your company provided us with was just unbelievable. When I called and asked for someone to come supply us with a quote, Paul was there first time, on time! Paul then advised that I would receive a call from the office within a week to schedule another appointment for final fittings, again, within a couple of days, this was done. Then we asked if it was possible to have them installed before our son’s birthday and we were called by your office to advise that they would be installed on or by the 6th September and they were! My husband and I have been renovating for a number of years and we have NEVER received such service from a company.Thank you so much for our beautiful blinds and thank you for the excellent service you have provided! I’m sure you will be hearing from my friends and family to place their order!

I had the privilege to have dealings with the Outdoor Bind Company in Ringwood in May 2005. From my first phone call with regard to having my outdoor entertainment area in-filled with blinds, I was provided a full service by the staff. This company “does what it says”. Firstly, and probably most importantly they turn up, and on time, secondly their workmanship and staff are all professionals, and thirdly they clean up any debris or rubbish, to leave your home as they found it. My wife Julie and I have now added a whole new dimension on our living style as our huge outdoor entertainment area can now be utilised the whole year, regardless of the weather. We the added bonus of the low cost heaters supplied as well, you can relax and enjoy a barbecue or have friends over for total enjoyment.
